We are looking for an experienced Lead Reporting Operations Analyst with an Agile Mindset to join the ClearlyAgile team. 

What you'll be doing is working on the business side to ensure learning & development reports are accurate and useful.

• Lead an offshore team of 4 technical and functional analysts
• Review, interpret, and analyze data
• Analyze business processes and make recommendations for improvements
• Work as a liaison between the business and technology
• Collaborate with company leadership
• Identify and clarify business and functional requirements for clients and internal teams
• Build trust and respect, establish relationships, and develop rapport with technical and non-technical team members

What we're looking for is someone who is willing to learn and open to new ideas. This position requires a candidate with an enthusiastic and energetic personality who will be organized, inspirational and collaborative.

• Leadership experience
• 3+ years of Data Analysis and Reporting experience
• 3+ years of Business Analysis / Process Improvement experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• High attention to detail as well as the ability to see the big picture
• Able to read/write basic SQL queries
• Accounting or auditing knowledge/experience preferred
• Learning & Development (L&D), Learning Management (LMS), or Human Capital Management (HCM) experience is helpful
• Experience working in an agile environment preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred

LOCATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to work remotely as well as on-site in the Tampa office on occasion
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship (no subcontracts or visa sponsorship)
